Comments: I had a leak in a fire sprinkler supply pipe and called In & Out Plumbing. A workman visited my house and evaluated the problem on the same day as I called them, then when the workman had determined the extent of the problem which was about 3:00 PM, he wrote up a proposal and offered to do the job immediately. I took him up on that and by 5:30 PM, the job was completed.They are not inexpensive, but they are competent and efficient.

Work Description: Unplugging a stop up wishing machine sink tub in garage
Comments: At first he quote me $150. The person had to be told that the small snake was not working & then he quote me $400. He was told he should had used a larger snake at the beginning. He charged me an extra $25, for a total of $175. I was highly disappointed in the work. He also made a large nasty mess in my garage. I will not use them again and nor will I recommend this company to any of my friends. No thanks, TyronePortola Valley CA

Comments: Steve and crew did an outstanding job and got our heat and hot water back on in 2 days. Very clean and professional. Would highly recomend them.
