Comments: I have to say this first: Imperial Painting is absolutely Fantastic! I am a Hospital Administrator and I deal with various contractors for a wide range of departmental and hospital projects throughout the hospital. Having a VERY professional look to a job, and professionalism demonstrated during the process is extremely important. Also, testimonials from different clients and pictures of before and after process is very helpful..Well, Imperial painting and it's CEO Costas Gogos delivered everything and also EXCEEDED any and all expectations in SPADES!! ..It was time for our home to undergo a thorough renovation and painting process. I interviewed various painting contractors and I gotta admit Costas won my wife and I over with just the walkthrough process when he came over for the estimate. We found him very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, very professional and he has a personality that just clicked with us. After talking with him for just 10 minutes I knew that this would be the one we would trust our home and project with..We checked the website, read the testimonials, did our own investigation of Imperial painting and we were very, very impressed.The painting crew was very professional and ALWAYS exhibited great customer service. Arturio( I hope I am spelling his name correctly) is his chief painter and this man definitely has great skills with what he does as do the rest of the staff. Arturio was painting and overseeing the staff and Costas was there everyday Overseeing, double and sometimes triple checking the process and the staff . Making sure that everything was done not only up to expectations but exceeded. While doing the house any and all problems and concerns were handled expertly with no hesitations.. Costas Always communicated with us everyday which included a walk through and spot check..When he had any advice for a certain look for a room it was like a lightbulb going off over our head andwe definitely gave the go ahead for it. The end result is That My home looks like something from a fashionable home magazine!! It blows EVERYONE away when they tour our house and It left My Wife and I Speechless!! (She actually cried because she could not believe how beautiful the house is and she still cannot)..This was one of the top BEST investments I made with my home..No regrets; very pleased with the start, middle and end process; Truly Impressed with the professionalism from Costas and Staff and the ONLY painting contractor that I would recommend! Before I end this I have to say this:We had various estimates done and yes there were a few that had a cheaper rate( and some that were higher) but the person(s) giving us the estimates did not impress us enough where we felt that we could TRUST them to deliver what my wife and I wanted..We definitely felt that we could truly trust Imperial Painting and Costas Gogos..All expectations were delivered and exceeded!-
