These wholesale savings are passed onto you on a cost plus basis. Profit is not a dirty word, We're family people and we know the meaning of making a penny stretch. Work Description: Patch holes in roof.

Comments: As a disability client I indicated I needed someone who could work with me regarding billing for services. My first experience with HTE was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 2017. I got a call while in my car during which Mr. Hall told me his company worked with clients like me, that if there were extra materials from another job that could be used for mine I wouldn't be charged, the billing issue wasn't a problem, etc. It was complete "pulling the wool" line of baloney. He said he'd come out to look at it on Wednesday but as there was no rain forecast for that entire week and Thanksgiving was so close I said I'd wait until the beginning of the following week. Called him that following Monday and he asked me to call him back later which I did. He then asked me to call him back on Tuesday morning which I did and we made an appointment for 11 a.m. on Wednesday (the next day). He never showed up, never called me, never returned any of my calls or texts. I called Networx last week and they called him again. He is now saying he doesn't do "pro bono" work which has nothing to do with me - I'm not asking anyone to do anything for nothing, I just need assistance in the form of time to pay. He told your agent he remembered me and I was to call him that evening which I did. When I finally was able to speak with Mr. Hall I explained that I wanted to pay him whatever the cost was, that I wasn't looking to cheat anyone, and if that was his experience with other people he had helped that he would be very pleasantly surprised by how I treated him and how I paid. He said he would get back to me, come out himself and look at the problem, and see what could be done. This phone call was at the beginning of the week of June 11 (the Monday) and I informed him I had an appointment for maintenance testing at the hospital on at 9 a.m. on 06/14 and didn't know how long I would be but that I was at his disposal any other day or time and he said he'd work around that. It's now June 19 and while I understood he couldn't come out right away, it sure looks like he just blew me off - again.

No business has to accommodate special payment arrangmeents or accept clients like me. HOWEVER, they also have no right to feed somebody a line of bullshit - and please don't overlook my language because after my experience - my SECOND experience - that's EXACTLY how I feel about it. If this was something that this company didn't want to participate in Mr. Hall shouldn't have called me in the first place and he damn sure shouldn't have gone into the kind of detail to make himself look legit. All that BS about how left-over supplies from other jobs being of no cost to me if they were used on my job, how his company works with clients like me. To let me believe - TWICE - that he would come out here and never show up is tantamount to giving somebody a ride to the top of a hill just so you can watch them fall off. You people really need to better investigate the kind of people you recommend as there is no excuse for how Mr. Hall treated me. If my circumstance was not something he wanted to be involved with all he had to do was either say that he didn't bill clients or even not call me at all. What he did do - TWICE - is unconscionable.

DO NOT call me on this and I DO NOT want to talk to Mr. Hall again. Frankly, at this point I wouldn't believe anything he said anyway.
