Comments: TERRIBLE CROOKED COMPANYWANTED $$$ DOWN, AND WE DID GIVE THEM SOME THE GUYS WERE TOM WATKINS AND STEVE THAYER
NEVER DID ANY WORK AT ALL .YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD REFUND OUR MONEY, BUT THEY HAVE NOT AND IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 YEARS.

Work Description: Install metal roofing
Comments: HPS was contracted to install a small roof for our company as a subcontractor. We had multiple, but typical issues with getting things installed. When the project was complete, and they were paid, a leak was discovered. HPS did return two times to work on the issue. Both times, I was advised that the leak was being caused by another’s work.After the second repair trip, I hired another roofing contractor to remove HPS’s work and do a complete reinstall. The faulty installation by HPS was found and the new roof has not leaked. HPS did not respond to my request for payment of these invoices that were incurred as a result of their poor work.
In addition. We discovered that HPS was operating under another subcontractor’s license and insurance.

Work Description: Replace 800 square foot deck.
Comments: I made an appointment for 10am on December 11th. At 11am I called and confirmed that we did indeed have an appointment, but the contractor was unavailable and would call to reschedule. I drove 300 miles to meet these people and they never called back. Would anyone want to work with people this irresponsible? Not me.Lenoir City TN

Work Description: Vinyl Siding Soffit Fascia
Comments: There is one man working on my siding, and he is doing a very good job. I thought there were supposed to be 4 workers, I just worry about the one man having to do it all. I guess if he does not mind then it is ok. It is still a work in progress but for now it looks very good.-
