Comments: He did an immaculate job and fixed my problem with the kitchen sink faucet. However, now the dishwasher that sits next to the kitchen sink does not work. It did before the repair.
I need to talk to someone there to see if just a switch was turned off somewhere or the water has been disconnected if so, how do I turn it back on???

Instead of trying to sell me new equipment the tech checked the current one and broad it up. But also his estimate for new equipment was better that i've got from different vendors.
Will use H.P Mechanical again.

Comments: Ruddy and Eddy came out within a couple of hours of me seeking a professional plumber on a Friday afternoon. The water issue turned out to be pretty major. They have stayed with the job. Will be returning for round two with this job.
VERY professional in how they handled the situation. Very pleasant to work with. I will send a follow-up review when the job is completed. :)

Comments: Guy came out twice only fix problem for hour and was clogged again Problem never fixed. We went and rented a 25ft snake and finally cleared the problem our self.
To be fair, this is a commercial bathroom, upon our initial visit we removed a handkerchief and other debris not to be flushed. We ran the water for 15 minutes with no stoppage. About 3 hours later customer called again and stated that it was stopped up again. I came back, pulled and reset toilet, augered and tested the line for more than an hour and a half. NO extra charge/FREE. We let the water run for 20 minutes with no stoppage. They customer called next morning stating it was stopped up again. I explained that there most be something else going on with the waste line and that we should video inspect it before we wated more time and effort augering it. Customer declined to to inspect it or further work. We did what we said we would do and more. Gave recommendations which were not taken. Im glad cust. resolved their problem.

Comments: Rudy Herrera took Faucet apart, put back all old parts and left shower with no hot water. He charged 270.00 dollars for for a screwed up job that took 30 minutes. I replaced all the old parts in 30 minutes and had hot water when I finished the job. That old saying is true, if you want a job done right DO IT YOURSELF. Thanks For The Rip Off Rudy
Mr/Mrs. Stern Did call for service. What is not indicated is that Mr. Stern took it upon himslef to try and fix the shower (not a faucet) himself. He mangled the shower cartridge trim, broke the retaining pin, stripped the handle set screw, and lost the shower escussion screws. He did indicated that i had to go and buy a special tool (at no cost to him) to remove set screw or that i saved him hundreds of dollars as he just wanted to tear out the entire valve. What is not mentioned is that we arrived early to our appointment. That once the issue was bought to my attention i made quick contact with them, but did not hear anything back from them. What is not mentioned is that on the day of the issue a full refund and apology was sent out to Mr./Mrs Stern on 04/05 here we are now on the 10th with this review. What is not mentioned is that i spent an hour and a half at the home and left them with no leak and water, since they had been without for a day, not the 1/2 as indicated. So, Mr. Stern got service, got a refund and an apology and still feels he got ripped off? If Mr Stern honestly could have done the job why did he severely damage his shower valve and not even get the handle off? I am sorry for the lapse in communication, but i did what was in my power to remedy the situation in a professional manor.

Work Description: Cleared and inspected blocked main sewer pipe from house to septic tank.

Comments: Wish we would have called HP Mechanical first. Blocked sewer line caused a flood in our downstairs. A leak detection specialist failed to diagnosis the problem, which led to multiple overflows. Rudy was here in 30 minutes, cleared the blocked line and returned in a few days with a video camera and detected roots in the main sewage outflow pipe and recommended replacement. Thank you H.P. Mechanical!
