Work Description: Interior painting of 12-foot walls in condo
Comments: We were looking for a professional company to paint our new apartment - we were on a tight schedule as we wanted to get it done before we move in, we wanted to stay in our budget, and we wanted a quality job. The search was a nightmare, the companies either didn't return the phone call, or had horrible reviews, or were rude ... I was about to give up and do a DIY project, but then again, we have 12-foot ceilings... I was SO relieved when I discovered Houseplay Renovations. Niall's team is very professional and fun to work with. We were given a price quote after a quick walk-through (note: that is the number we paid, no shady quotes etc). They worked on the apartment for 3 days or so, every day they cleaned up after themselves, and when they finished the place was spotless. The paint job is terrific, they did a great job - quality work - it is even and precise and it completely transformed the apartment. Both my husband and I are thrilled with the way it has turned out. The walls are no longer yellow with ugly smudges, instead they are crisp white and grey, exactly what we wanted. There is no way we could ever manage to paint our apartment without injuries & looking this great :)Highly recommend!

Work Description: Eco-friendly interior painting in two bedrooms, living room and kitchen
Comments: I hired Niall and his crew to do a kitchen renovation several months ago. Everyone at Houseplay is incredibly professional, prompt, and skilled. We recently hired them again for a painting job, and Manny the painter was great! They were able get an eco friendly paint that had zero VOC. They don't just give lip service to knowing about eco design and building, they really are the experts. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. My only regret is that I didn't know about them earlier. I will call them for any job, big or small.

Work Description: Interior painting of a loft-style condo and tiled backsplash in kitchen
Comments: I met Niall few years ago when he and his team did the painting and repairs in our loft building. They did an amazing job, so when I needed work done on my place I didn't hesitate to contact him. He and Tammy came over and gave me an assessment, everything was well organized and documented. He and his assistant Moses, did a beautiful job on the painting, and the back splash in the kitchen came out perfectly! I'm planning on having him remodel my bathroom next, and I know the work will be perfect. Niall and his team are so courteous, punctual, and they pay attention to the details (they also clean up after their work!)Do not hesitate to use Houseplay if you need work done in/on your home.
