Work Description: Condo repairs
Comments: His work was substandard. He would not take care of it, or refund our money. Took him to court and won. (Not that it matters, he won't pay the judgement.) Comment from Kathy Schwertfeger is from his girlfriend, who is a lawyer, so take it with a grain of salt.Other work he did at our condo also needs to be redone.

Work Description: Repair a balcony
Comments: Our HOA Hired him to repair a balcony which was leaking into the garage below. Although he did not abide by the terms of the original contract, he did seal the balcony. However he did not pitch or slope it properly which resulted in there being a 3 inch deep pool of water pooling over a quarter of the balcony. When we asked him to come back and fix it, he said he would provide an estimate repair the work he had done improperly. Since that time, the tiles that he replaced in the areas of the leak have fallen off. He has not responded to our request to resolve the situation or refund our money.Playa Del Rey CA
