Work Description: First of all Brian Hoile called me back in a timely manner and came to perform the job the same afternoon and worked through the evening to complete the task, which was a very dirty plumbing job! There was a pipe leak underground in a main pipe in our yard that connects to the City of Austin's water pipe where meter is house in a container. Next to it was another container that held the pipe for our property, which was causing our water bill to soar. The black box that the pipe set in was broken underneath the ground about 3 ft. and Mr. Hoile and his partner dug and removed the dirt and surrounding shrubbery to get to it using their flood lights and going to buy the necessary parts for it. He was professional and knew just how to fix the problem as he is experienced in this detail of work. He began at 6:30 and completed our job at 10 am.
