Work Description: Replaced hot water heater
Comments: Brain and Scott did an exemplary job in replacing my hot water hater. They were on time, polite and very informative when asked specific questions. If I should need H & H again I’m requesting Brain and Scott. Kudos to you for hiring such professionals.Claymont DE

Work Description: HVAC system wasn't cooling the home. The system was showing faulty readings; too much freon, PSI numbers were off!
Comments: I chose this company as a second option due to the fact that they weren't local (Delaware County) so I went with a local (Philadelphia) company. I'm glad that I called them and both times this company came out, I was educated about what was going on with my system. The problem has not been resolved as of yet due to the fact that we're waiting on parts to come in.... Parts are in and we now have to schedule an appointment. Buyers beware of "flipped houses" because with a new system being installed, we should not have to had outsourced work for something that wasn't done correctly initially. I also purchased the company's protection plan just to better assist with any further issues should they arrive; also the system will be checked twice a year now as well. Thank you H and H!!!-
