Comments: My brother asked for a new fire place insert that could be operated by remote control because he is BLIND they did not install correct unit. He has called repeatedly for months to get it replaced no one will return his calls. It's bad enough to be blind and people that take advantage of handicap people are evil. Comments: If your job is not l a large money maker, I would not recommend. I called, he requested the information and pictures which I sent directly after the call and did not hear back. Since it's right in the middle of a/c season, I figured they were busy. I texted 7 days later to see if I could get on the schedule and did not receive a response. I am on a timeline too. Comments: It took Brian all of 15 minutes to correctly assess the needs of our unit that has been serviced for the same malfunctions by our home warranty company the last few years. His team was polite, knowledgeable, and willing able workers. I'd hire them again if/when that time is ever needed again. Don't wait for a home warranty company that almost answers their phone in an hour or more, and make several co-pays, when you can call Hemric HVAC , and get the job done right the first time!D. He gave us the best price for our split system and worked thru the snow and ice to ensure we had plenty of heat in a short amount of time.
