Comments: Joe was extremely professional and friendly. He was punctial throughout the project and exceeded our expectations with the quality. He's somehow able to be meticulous and detail oriented while also working quickly and efficiently. Between all of the rooms we wanted painted, we had picked about 5 different colors and he delivered exactly what we envisioned. I highly recommend Harmeling Painting
