Comments: I had a horrible experience with this company. I was verbally quoted a reasonable price prior to service (they do not provide written quotes). The first person they sent out was incompetent and rude, so I requested another handyman. The next guy they sent out was very nice and professional but took much longer than quoted because he had wired something incorrectly and had to fix the issue. I was charged almost $600 more than originally quoted and called to complain about the charges and asked to be partially reimbursed for the overage. The owner agreed to reimburse but then never did and they stopped answering the phone. I'm not even sure if they're in business anymore. I very rarely write reviews and almost never write negative ones but this is an exception. Please don't use this company. Like another reviewer mentioned, they are indeed crooks.San Ramon CA

Comments: We had a number of small and odd projects to complete on a tight deadline. We called Angies List to only be referred a horrible contractor who didnt show up. Making matters worse our deadline we thought would be impossible to meet. We called Handyman Can at the last minute and they were fantastic. They had a superb contractor Ed take care of all our needs. He was fast, superior in skill and to our surprise very reasonably priced. We will use Handyman Can for all our improvements. Work Description: I scheduled them to come out to my house today, but they never showed up or called or anything. I waited more than the window of time I was giving and I never heard anything from anyone.
Comments: I specifically waited extra time cuz they said this specific day they were having an hourly rate special. That's probably why they didn't care if they ditched me. However, they're the ones that suggested today to me due to the special rates they were having. I just wanted the door damage fixed. I was going to be rembursed by the furniture delivery company who caused the damage, so it didn't matter to me if I scheduled the repair on the day they were running a special.Seattle WA
