Work Description: replaced old driveway and sidewalk
Comments: Buyer beware. He did not estimate the amount of concrete needed so he gasped to go get a separate batch which doesn't match up. I have a two-toned driveway and it also is rough -not smooth. After repeated phone calls he still has not removed the stakes, bender words and extra rebar. he also does not like checks. -wants cash!Hayward CA

Work Description: Cut concrete and install channel drain to keep water from entering garage.
Comments: We hired him to install a channel drain which he did an ok job. Our fence doesn't close so I'll just have to shave off a little. He made a mess of the place and didn't put stuff away (or throw away half eaten burgers and trash). He didn't fix anything that he accidentally damaged when doing his work.He said he would repair things and clean up buts it has been a week and still has not done anything. Disappointing... he seemed like a nice guy but in the end I hired a unprofessional worker.
