Work Description: Complete "make ready" of rental property
Comments: My rental property was in terrible shape after my tenants moved out. I had Gulf Coast Pro come out and do an overhaul as I wanted to sell it instead of rent it. They ripped out carpet, deodorized the home, painted everything from top to bottom, inside and out. They installed new carpet at the end.I am very pleased with the work. My realtor says it will increase the value and sell much quicker. Thanks Jon and Chris!

Comments: Jon with Gulf Coast Pro Painting & Siding was very professional and showed a genuine interest in making sure the job was done correctly, I gave 4 stars for pricing because they were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I paid a little more than I thought I would when I was getting estimates but I am glad that I choose them for the work. You pay for what you get! Thanks again!League City TX

Comments: I could not be more impressed with Gulf Coast Pro, namely Chris and Jon the owners. I really enjoyed meeting them and i completely changed my color scheme due to their recommendation. It is amazing! They know current trends and make home look modern. The siding on our 30 year old home was in bad shape. For what other contractors were charging for wood siding Gulf Coast Pro was able to provide SmartSide which is a 50 year rated product! I won't be needing to do it again as long as I live here. They also offered me a maintenance plan that covers a yearly pressure washing and touch ups. Highly recommend!!!!!!League City TX
