Work Description: We are getting a complete re-roofing and new gutters.
Comments: We called guardian roofing and the staff in the office was very nice. Jack came out to the house as scheduled to come measure our roof and make a drawing of the top of our house. He also went up into the attic to check out the ventilation. He rescheduled to come out a week later ,which he did, to give us a quote. He was very informative and answered all the questions we had. We were impressed by the company and decided right then to hire them. The secretary called me a few days later and said we are scheduled for the week of October 29th and they will call us the week before the actual day of re-roofing. I am confident that that work will be done right.

Comments: “We had an interior leak that your techs identified, but did not properly repair. You offered your $250 No Leak payment. I decided to decline if you could find a solution. The solution involved you completely removing the area that you had installed and replacing it with a better than originally promised solution which included installing a new plywood base and new roofing. I cannot say in enough words what a quality company you represent. The leak is fixed and the roof looks great. Your installers conducted themselves veryprofessionally, and they took great care of my plants around the house and did an excellent job cleaning up.
So future customers should rest assured they will be taken care of even if something does not go exactly as planned. That is quality that is hard to come by. I work in construction an know that things like this come up occasionally, but what makes a company stand taller than the rest is when they back a customer to keep it’s promise of quality.â€
