Work Description: eliminating pantry moths
Comments: When I called Steve called me right back and scheduled a visit for the next day to see what the problem was. I thought I had flies but it turns out they were pantry moths .The next day he came to eliminate them with fermion traps. He checked around my kitchen and advised me what packaging they hang out in and checked the packaging for me. I was worried about what the treatment would be because I my cat was chasing and eating these bugs. Steve and company were late but they called and asked if I'd like to reschedule or have them come in another hour or two . When they came I was given a discount because he felt my time was valuable to me. They were personable, and I could see these moths flocking to the traps even as they set them. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a pest problem. I wish all companies I deal with were this professional Thanks Steve and Koran for the good job and helpful hints about an insect I would never have figured how to get rid of.Brooklyn NY

Work Description: Treating apartment for bedbugs
Comments: Best experience ever hiring an exterminator. Guardian (Steve and his team) go above and beyond. It is more then just a job to them. Called me and responded to my calls Immediately. Made a horrific job as painless as possible. Aside from the eradication of the pests I hired him for, he treated the apartment for any other possible pests.Left my apartment spotless. Really cares about his costumers. Seeing as I am disabled he did everything possible to accommodate and respect my situation. He has even made follow up calls to see how everything he did was and to make sure I was OK and not affected by any odors, or treatments used. I recommend Him HIGHLY and without reservation. I couldn't say more if he were a relative ( which he is not) I never met him before this job, but I would use him for ANY type of pest problem. THANK YOU STEVE
