Comments: Good honest men/plumbers still around! Grover came in to inspect a possible clean out job and discovered it was only the "wife's hair" wrapped around the drain hole!! From the get-go said if its something he cant do, he will tell me. He recommended alternatives i can do myself even though it could hurt his business. He laid everything out there, did not push for his business and offered helpful tips!! I appreciate that a lot! Work Description: Scope of Work: Demo Removal of the existing shower unit, valve and drywall; furnish all labor and materials to install a new shower unit including new drywall and finish.
Comments: Grover met us at the rental unit on time and spent time discussing our needs. He submitted a very reasonable bid for the project in a timely manner. However, we chose a different route in lieu of a full replacement of the shower and did not engage Grover for this job. We own several rental units and will certainly call Grover at the next opportunity. I guaranty you will appreciate Grover's professional ability and his great attitude; and I don't say that about very many of the contractors and plumbers I have engaged over the years. Work Description: I had a leaking gas line and Grover was one of the first who called back. He was professional with over 19 years experience in the profession. He even returned to try to find the location of the leak after previous attempts were fruitless. Old pipes over 50 years old are hard to trace down, I guess. We decided to have him re-pipe the gas lines.
Comments: Mr. Hobbs was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and his work is perfect. If you want a plumber who is the best in his profession you can't go wrong with Grover. He knows his plumbing and his work is worth every penny he charges. I'm quite happy with the result. I can cook again and stay warm as well as have hot water to bathe and clean with. Glad I found him instead of those other companies who try to rip you off with work that you don't need, like Brazil, Diamond and others. He's just a great plumber, period.Duxbury MA
