Comments: John Grooms came over nearly as soon as I called for a evening burner not staying going call, which in and of itself is pretty darn excellent. More parts were needed, but he got me going until my regular repairman returns from vacation. Very grateful for his help, and he may become my regular repair man. I would gladly recommend him.Nashua NH

Comments: I contacted Networx and they sent me 4 peopleI sent an e-mail to Grooms and 2 sec. after I hit the enter key on the keyboard I received a call on my cell phone
I can be there tomorrow afternoon
Arrived on time looked at the Central l air unit saw the blown CAP and said let me try to get one now so you will have AC tonight
HE rushed out and returned with the part and I was up running in less than 2 hours .... as I called another guy who told me I had to wait 2 weeks for repair Grooms Appliance has my vote and future business

Comments: I was told by Irving energy after replacing a circulating pump(which I did not need) that I needed a new boiler. After receiving 3 different proposals I was contacted by Jon Groom in regards to the job. Jon checked out my boiler and was totally honest with me informing me that I did not need to replace the boiler he diagnosed what was wrong within seconds and repaired it saving me appx $7000.00 dollars. After this experience Jon is my go to guy for life. I am all done with Irving energy. Love the honesty. Guy's like him are hard to find. I strongly recommend Groom's Appliance and HVAC . Comments: My husband and I have used Grooms services for a few years now, we are truly very pleased with his work and experience he displays to us both while working on the job. We have had many problems in our home with faucets, toilets, and water heaters and yes even dryer doors that won't stay shut, well that's not a problem for Jon like I said he has many talents in those areas. He's courtious and always there when you need him. I would and have recommended him to others.-
