Comments: I contracted with Rivera Construction to rebuild the staircase/deck leading from my driveway up to my front door.The communication from all of the Rivera Construction crew was exactly as I would expect. Clear and frequent communication about every aspect of the demolition, construction and finishing details was provided and, when a few unexpected things did come up, the change order process facilitated resolutions very nicely.
There were some weather-caused delays with the project, but they were all handled very professionally and, as mentioned above, with excellent communication.
All of the work was done with the same care that I expect they would take if working on their own homes. I have some other projects around my house that I will absolutely be letting Rivera Construction Services take care of.
