Comments: Such a great experience working with G.O. Blessing! Juan Guzmán is responsive, kind, and so talented and the people working for him are the same. Another construction company was doing work on the inside of my house at the same time Huan was building my deck. Work Description: Estimate for fence repair
Comments: Would not recommend!! I had their estimator come out to my home to repair a damaged fence. After spending 30 minutes to take measurements, etc. he told me I had to provide a $200 deposit up front in order to complete the estimate. This is highly irregular, as most contractors provide estimates for free.The estimator quoted one low price on the spot (which seemed reasonable) but then the actual written estimate comes back much, much higher. They promise they will refund you your $200 deposit; but of course, once you choose to go with another contractor, they refuse to refund you the $200 deposit. My advice - find a better, more reputable contractor.
