Work Description: Installed 2 HVAC units both turned out to be used units. We paid him over ten thousand dollars for crap.

Work Description: Bought two new Carrier units in 2013, spent over 11,000
Comments: Should have known better, he sold us the units with no warranty. In 2019 we had problem with the unit for the main level not cooling. George came out and attempted to fix it, he came out twice and not once did he mention issue with the compressor. I went on line to the carrier website and the unit was never registered by George Havac. He was to come by to try something new. I called him and asked him about the game plan and to provide a detail of work already done and the warranty on the ac unit. Afterthat communication stopped. We are going to seek legal action against George HVAC Criminal and Civil. Mr. Rip Off
