As a state and city licensed contractor, Gensar inc. will not only provide You a technical help, We will guide You trough all stages of Your project ! We'll help You design it, choose right materials, comply with construction codes, building permits and more! How we do it! You call or email us with your needs, we arrange time for an estimate that is convenient for you. We will not be able to tell you the price of the project right away, but will deliver it to you within 24 hrs. Then if we get to an agreement we sign a contract with project specifics, prices, time lines etc.,. and start the project! We only work one project at a time, so there are no delays!
