Work Description: New garage addition for my partner, overcharge under delivered he quit the job after it was discovered that he had billed for services not rendered and deviated from structural and arch plans leaving thousands of dollars worth of damages to be corrected by another contractor maybe installing tiles floors is the only thing he can do well. He had filed a bankruptcy to avoid paying damages in another case in Louisville sticking this owner with 235k to collect after boulder county awarded damages to his client for the nearly the exact same issues we had , He now operates under Genesis Custom builders. This guys had a record don't believe these reviews on line what a joke I regret the day I ever contacted him .

Comments: David did an excellent job with the demo and installation of new tile in our foyer. He did the job in the time frame he told us, was very friendly, the price was fair and it looks great!-
