When you select Garrison Homes, you are selecting direct access to the owners. Jeff and Charles Garrison are available to all clients on an unlimited basis before, during and after the construction period. In addition, Jeff and Charles personally inspect each project.

EDUCATION & TRANSPARENCY
For many of our clients, this is the first time they have designed and constructed a new custom home. As a result, our process starts with a simple no-obligation project review and a question-and-answer meeting. We answer all questions directly and honestly. Most clients find this process exciting, enjoyable and educational. It is your time to grab a cup of coffee, ask any question (big or small) and receive honest feedback and valuable guidance.

IN-HOUSE DESIGN
Clients can choose one of two options when beginning the design process. Some decide to leverage our partnership with William Poole Designs to select a floor plan and customize it to their specifications, while other clients use our in-house design staff and selection center to make creating the perfect home simple, fast and cost effective. With either option, Garrison Homes provides complimentary selection guidance and interior design service from some of the area's top interior designers.

FINANCING OPTIONS
Garrison Homes has spent years building strong relationships with local and regional lenders, so we are in a position to offer qualified clients extremely flexible and simple financing options, including in-house construction financing.
