Work Description: I was very disappointed in this company it started out great the owner was punctual and gave us a good price on the estimate he also fave us some good ideas but it was down hill and very unprofessional after that. The guy they sent to do the work didn't have much of an idea of what he was suppose to do we had to guide him the whole way. Punctuation was not their strong suite either no one ever called us to say they would be late or better yet never showing up on days. There were so many things wrong I don't have time to list then all. a job that shoukd have taken a week took over 3 to finally complete with everything having to be fixed. It seemed like the other owner Mike just said sorry and barely even spoke to us he had the office manager handle most of our problems. She was nice and Apologetic but wasn't very knowledgeable with the problems we were having. All in all I'm glad it's done it looks nice and the tile guy did a good job and worked hard but it was poor communication with him and Mike. I probably wouldn't recommend this company but maybe the tile guy. I just pray there's no problems years from now because I'm sure they won't stand by there work. Knowing everything we went through it would have been nice if either one of the owners called to see if we were finally happy. Never happened.
