Work Description: Contracted to design and build an ADU.
Comments: What a horrible experience. Gabriella gave me a very cheap bid up front but demanded pay an $8500 fee to get going which was to cover the architectural plans. She promised I was only paying a 10% markup that went to her and the rest was for the plans. The architect was terrible and could not deliver on what we had agreed to. I then learned he was only paid half that amount and she pocketed the rest. 7 months later I still have no plans and she hasn't refunded any of my money. Gabi, who is flawless design is a horrible human and is not to be trusted with your money. Do not use unless you enjoy misery and being lied to on a daily basis.
