Work Description: Object of service was to have fence repaired by inserting 4 steel posts, one at each end and two along center of fence.
Comments: Spoke with Chris (916-335-8000) on 6/19. Explained what I needed and agreed on cost. He said he could be over on Tues 6/20 after they completed their current job. He spoke with my husband Later on the 19th to confirm discussion. Tuesday came and went no sign or call from First Class. I called Chris Wed. Morning, left message, nothing. I would have been okay with it if he had said in the beginning that we were to far away (Natomas), the job was to small, or that they were to busy, or to hot let's reschedule. But once there was an agreement no excuse to not call, and just not show up. It's just a common courtesy. I moved several heavy plants away from the fence (which I then had to move back) to accommodate them and that makes me mad. Bad for me not to have looked at their rating first, I would have to agree with an "F". 😡Roseville CA
