Comments: Fire & Ice HVAC, Inc. performed a superb job. The quality was excellent; the work was neat and clean beyond expectations. The manager / owner Kal and the crew revealed to be very knowledgeable, accurate, helpful and trustworthy .For such a category of high end units , the estimate price, not different from the final cost, was very competitive and reasonable with no extra hidden charges.
I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and the functioning of the installed machine which was running very quiet and efficient after the job was completed.

Comments: Fire and Ice HVAC is an excellent company. My air conditioning unit and furnace were aging and I decided it was time to replace them. I contacted Networx and within minutes Networx provided Fire and Ice as a highly rated contractor that could perform the job. I contacted Fire and Ice and set up an appointment to discuss the work I wanted done. On the appointed date and time, the Fire and Ice Operations Director arrived and spent close to two hours with me discussing the options and costs involved. Since I had already discussed the job with a separate vendor, I quickly realized the prices quoted by Fire and Ice were extremely reasonable and affordable. I gave the job to Fire and Ice and set up an appointment for the installation crew to perform the work. At the appointed date and time, the crew arrived and flawlessly replaced my aging furnace and air conditioning unit. The new unit is installed and works perfectly. My entire experience with Fire and Ice was first class. Fire and Ice is customer oriented and customer friendly. Prices quoted are more than reasonable. He was prompt, brought a camera that diagnosed the furnace with a blink of an eye- gave me a great price for a new furnace and hopped right to it to get it installed. I saw him Friday the new furnace was installed Monday. Great respectful crew and neat workers...

They stayed up in the attic at 115 degree temp. Amazing process. Would recommend them as he has had bad experiences before and Kal did everything possible to make the customer happy.-
