Comments: What a mess! He gave a reasonable quote..asked for half. We paid half...the work started a month and a half later. He kept asking for more of the money saying he needed it to make payments to the company where he is getting dirt. He ended up not finishing job just dumped dirt maybe 7 times. Work Description: reroofed. contractor never got the permits and association approval leaving me with citations and double expense. he kept the money for the permits. at first he said it was done and would call me back when resolved. between him and his fiancee they both were looking into it. now no one responds
Comments: see above. would not allow him to use your site as it reflects poorly on you. if you google fine line and jeffrey schnettler you will see why he should be taken off.. unless you condone such business pratices.Jim Thorpe PA
