In January 1999, Fifer was founded to provide affordable home buying counseling, real estate investments and construction services. Fifer renovates properties throughout the Memphis Area with local and national investors, traditional lenders, 203 (k) programs, FHA, VA, and insurance companies. Fifer has continued to grow by partnering with other contractors and developers to do commercial build-outs, restaurants, and office spaces.
