Comments: Installed the cheapest kind of toilet that does not flush enough water and the installed seat is made for a youngster. Further, he did not change the shutoffs to two toilets that are very tight and leak.

Comments: Had to get some some plumbing issues fixed in order to sell my house. Ferrel Plumbing came in WELL below the original quote. They came on time, job took longer than expected due to other issues. The tech did the job and did it right. They did a last minute add on job and didn't break the bank. Work Description: Ferrell plumbing removed an old laundry tub of very heavy construction and installed a new laundry tub, requiring drain modification, in a basement.
Comments: The plumbing job was handled in a superb manner - a five star job, first by accommodating the tenant's work schedule to gain access to the job site, and next by removing a very heavy old tub before installing the drain modification under the new tub, and accomplishing all of this at a very reasonable cost. Hats off to highly qualified plumber whose concern is to do excellent work for the customer.Springfield VA

Work Description: Clogged toilet
Comments: I used an auger for an hour trying to unclog our toilet. Finally,, I gave up and called Ferrell Plumbing. Kevin said someone would be at our house in one hour. He arrived exactly one hour later. After asking a couple of questions about the problem, he went to work. Five minutes and the problem was taken care of. I gave him my credit card and he ran it thru his machine and sent the receipt to my email. Kevin is such a nice person and a joy to talk with. The next time I need a plumber, it's Ferrell Plumbing.
