Description: Born in Kansas, Justin Erbe came to Virginia Beach when his father's position in the military moved his family here. He graduated from Bayside High School and went right into concrete work. Over the years while working for others he developed a passion for the design aspect of working with concrete. As someone who can't sleep at night without putting in a hard days work, this seemed to be the perfect business for him. As a perfectionist, working for other people wasn't quite right either. Justin started Experience Concrete Design five years ago after having several years of experience under his belt. The business has proved to be a true passion of his as he dedicates most of his time to pleasing his customers and making their ideas come to life with his concrete "art."

Justin is certified by Increte to do overlays, spray- decking, stamping, and all architectural concrete. He attends the World of Concrete tradeshow annually along with the Increte Systems seminars. Increte the industry leader in concrete technologies.
