Comments: Exotic flooring (Hossein Darmani) marketed himself to us as a general contractor and after reading such great reviews, we hired him as GC for our project (installation of wood floors, paint, install lighting). Hossein promised to have two rooms completed in our house for us to sleep in after one week of work. Instead of delivering on this timeline, without explanation, Hossein tried to sell our family of young children on renting his VRBO for the additional time.We were understanding about going over timeline and stayed out of the house for three weeks in December (instead of the agreed upon one week), to make sure the guys had an uninterrupted space to work. Three weeks later, what we came back to was jaw dropping. Glue, paint, and dry wall covered nearly every surface of our home, including windows. New wood floors covered in glue stains. Broken tiles throughout our bathroom. Broken closet organizers in pieces on our floor. Broken electrical boxes with wires hanging out. Appliances left unmatched and in the middle of the floor. Botched/unfinished paint and dry wall jobs done very poorly. The plastic on recessed lighting left on and painted over, creating a disaster on our ceiling. The list goes on. Multiple attempts at resolving this with Hussein without any response back. Christmas a couple days away, and totally unacceptable damage to our home. The progression and work of tradesmen Hossein sent through our home was never managed or overseen in any way by Hossein. Instead of handling this himself and attempting resolution, Hossein sent tradesmen back into our home unannounced to confront my 8 month pregnant wife and young children. Totally unacceptable.

Work Description: Demo 8"x8" tile and lay 18"x18" tile diagonal on 400 sf of Family room and Kitchen area.
Comments: Crew men very nice. 2 man crew did demo. and cleanup in 3+ hrs. first day. 2-1/2 men laid tile in 2 days and 2 men grouted the 4th day.Furniture was moved to other rooms before and placed back after in Family room fine.

Comments: This is a great company. I submitted a request online, and received a call back the same day. Hoss came on a Saturday to give me the estimate, and then completed the work on Monday morning.
