Work Description: Painting, sealing, leak repair
Comments: I have paid Erick Ortega an $800 check for the painting, sealing, and gapping an area that leaks. The sealing job and exterior painting of garage was extremely poor work. The gapping to prevent further leaks was even worse. He was informed of the latter which leaked into the Main House. I sent him a video and his only reply was he knew what the problem was. He disappeared not repairing his work.Asked for an invoice and license copy- never provided
Asked for my refund - never responded
My bank has gotten involved in recovering the amount paid.
