Comments: Ramesh was fantastic to deal with. He was on time for the estimate and again for the work. His explanation was clear and he was very informative. We had a specific issue with efflorescence on our tiles. he told us how he would treat it and what to expect. He was at our home for about half a day. A few hours longer than he expected, but his price was a fixed price for the work and he honored it. I am very pleased with the work quality , the clean up and the overall experience. I recommend Ramesh to anyone looking to have tiles cleaned, sealed or if you need grout work done.Mineola NY
