Comments: Had issue with my furnace not working so had no heat in my home. Was advise by the repairman that the part would take 3 weeks to get here. So i called One hour heating and was able to get all the parts and repairs done tonight and yes i got heat.Elizabethtown PA

Comments: After receiving my best estimate from Andy at ECS , I chose them to install my new heat and air unit . I couldn’t be happier with my decision . The ECS crew were very friendly , polite and professional. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to remove my old and install my new unit . I was so impressed with the detail they put into making the surrounding area look around my unit and how clean they left the job sight. I was so impressed with the whole project. My new system is working great. I can’t say enough good things about ECS . I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.Dillsburg PA

Work Description: The oil furnace was ignited and a quick inspection of the unit. I was also instructed on the operation of the unit.
Comments: I was quoted a price of $75 for the service, but when was given the bill it was higher. I had a pre-written check for $75 and the serviceman accepted that. He said the 75 was just to get him out, but if they were not going to be satisfied with that they could bill me for additional money. He was professional and courteous and not agitated in any way when he was expressing the charges, so I did not fault him, but I am curios to see if I get any additional charges. The entire "service call" lasted approximately 15 minutes.
