Work Description: Had an emergency situation where my door had broken both springs and could not be opened.
Comments: Empire contacted me at 7:30 PM last night and made an appointment for 6:00 AM this morning. They were very punctual and got right to work as my car was inside the garage door stopped functioning. In less than an hour they had the door back in action and it now works better than when I had it originally installed. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and knowledge on how to resolve the situation. I would highly recommend them to neighbors and friends.Chula Vista CA

Work Description: The problem was a broken window and frame in a garage door that is 16 years old..Finding a replacement required time but the service tech. managed to locate the replacement in LA. He followed up until the part was received and installed it to complete the repairs.
Comments: The service technicial was very professional in every aspect of the job. from reviewing the damage and searching for the proper replacement part and ultimately installing to complete the repairs. Work Description: Due to our car rolling into the garage door I had two damaged panels as well as damaged hinges and derailed tension wires. According to Home Depot and two other companies we were looking at replacing two panels , the hinges and so forth. After speaking with Jared from Empire , we had hope for a repair instead of investing in all the new hardware.
Comments: His geniune intrest in helping me, saved me about $700.00 if not more.I truly appreciated his help and advise. I would recommend him to anyone seeking sincere help. These kind of guys do not come often, so I advise everyone to use Empire for any new purchases and or repairs.
