Description: We do two things, and we do them really well .... Firstly, we re-design and re-build older homes in the way that they would have been built if today's materials, building methods and technology were available. These projects we call "Elite" - when these homes are finished, they are basically new homes in established neighborhoods. They are "showcases of the possible" in terms of renovation. Secondly, we are commissioned by our clients to renovate or renew parts, or all, of their own homes to our Eligra standard, to create or complete their dream home for them, or to get the property ready for sale on the open market. An optional service to prepare and stage client homes for market is also available. We operate in the Dallas, Texas, area, predominantly Uptown, Highland Park, University Park, Far North, Richardson and Plano, although we are not constrained by geography.
