Work Description: Master Bath Remodel
Comments: WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.Sander Castillo was hired for complete master bath remodel. His team performed negligent plumbing installation with intentional damage to new plumbing fixtures to hide improper installation. There is little to no cold water, shower makes horrible buzzing noise with use, and fixtures stick too far out from wall because control valve does not sit properly in housing. Work was completed in February 2020 and immediately had issues 6 days later moving back into our home. Brand new tile wall will need to be reopened with complete plumbing redo and control valves replaced. Sander asked for delay in repair due to pandemic. When final date set 6 months later to remedy issues, Sander never showed up or answered calls. Beware the insurance he claims to have never covered my home. He doesn't stand by his work and gets junk insurance policy
