Comments: Consumer Beware!!!! I'll not put my personal opinion of this in this but let you decide for yourself. Called "Ed" to replace a main breaker on a box at 3:00 pm. He said he would be there by 5:00 pm! 5:00 no "Ed" and no call to say what happened. Called him back and he says new time is 7:00 pm. 7:00 pm and no "Ed" no call. Call him back and get new time is 9:00 pm. 9:00 no "Ed" and no call!! I call him back and he says he'll be there in 25min. 10:00 pm "Ed" shows up. I show him the breaker and asked him how much? He says he can't tell until he replaces the breaker. Breaker replaced and takes about 20-25 min. He tells me the price is $450.00 OWW! He wants me to Zelle him the money. When he comes in the house he says the price is $568.00. My wife and our children are all here and to avoid a messy situation the amount was paid. The breaker cost $70.00. I asked him for a receipt his said he would email it in the morning. No receipt!!!!!!!!! This guy is a cut throat!! If I could replace one star with a negative I would give him a -5 stars!!!

Comments: When you are in dire need or need some assistance in this arena, Electricians Eduardo and Carlos, are the individuals to immediately contact, no matter the day or the hour. We required immediate assistance on August 8, 2021, a very hot and steamy Sunday afternoon when we discovered that our fridge and coffee maker were not working. We searched online for service, found Around the Clock and within about 15 to 20 minutes we received a call back and within a few more minutes, Eduardo and Carlos were at our home to assess and ameliorate our situation. Comments: DO NOT HIRE! FIRE HAZARD! On first impression, Edwardo E. was polite and showed up for an estimate for two new bathroom fans at night. We decided to proceed and scheduled time. On the day of he did not show and claimed his wife had to go to the hospital. We rescheduled for the next day. He showed up four hours late with sons and girlfriend claiming he was in a car accident. A couple of hours in he said he had to get parts and left his sons behind for two hours. His sons seemed nice but they had to redo things over and over due to mistakes and lack of knowledge. They installed one of the fans backward where there was no space for the exhaust to vent and called it done. On the other fan, Edwardo did not follow code. He drilled a hole in the existing metal box and put the wires in without any romex connector to secure and prevent the sharp metal box edge from cutting into the wires. Oddly he also ran two separate 14/2 wires instead of a 14/3 to control the fan and light. They damaged the drywall ceiling and walls. Both fans were installed without the factory brackets and attic air could freely flow in. He wanted to come back to complete the exterior vent hood connection the next day because it was too dark and he did not come prepared with a ladder. He wanted to bill me extra for running two wires (two 14/2 instead of one 14/3) even though the quote was for a separate fan and light control. He was also supposed to install two new outlets but later said he would only do that if I pay extra for two new home run circuits. I chose not to let him back. I regret that I assumed he was a licensed electrician given the home advisor listing, but it turns out he has no license in Poughkeepsie.Dover Plains NY

Comments: This is the second time that I have used Eduardo for my electrical service needs. My strain relief holding the power lines to my home was torn loose. Waited for over 3 weeks for CH to finally show and tell me that it was not their problem, although they made the original connection. I called Eduardo mid morning on a Friday. He showed up a couple hours to estimate the job. His price was quite reasonable and this was really a two person job. He rigged up some pulleys to my chimney and was able to safely and professionally reinstall the strain relief to my home. There was over 500 lbs. of tension on the incoming lines. He did the work of two, and safely completed the job before the service wires were completely torn off my home causing MAJOR electric service problems and serious electrocution hazard.I highly recommend him and his company, PERFECT HOME ELECTRIC, for any electrical needs. I would rate him at TEN STARS if possible.
