EC Maintenance has serviced many happy customers from Residential to Commercial Properties, such as homes and Apartments in the DFW area.
We have worked with apartment managements from Lincoln Property Company, Pinnacle, Harbor Group, Price Brothers, Riverstone, and many more. We have a lot of experience with turns and we offer almost the complete package ranging from cleaning, painting, make-ready's, Sheetrock and T.B.T Repairs and installation of doors and trims (Crown Molding, Baseboards and door jamb replacements).
