Work Description: one of my bathtub got no hot water. I fill the request on this website. I got a call from this business. They said they could not get me an estimate without in-house inspection. They were 1 hour late for the appointment time. They made a mess in my bathroom and charged me $975 in cash for repairing the tub faucet, actually just changing the shower cartridge. The cartridge they put in did not work. I called the manager/owner to justify the charge and was told they charge customer for everything even for the technician's lunch hour. That is why their charge is way way much higher than the price range listed on this website, which is between $120 and $475. $975 for changing the shower cartridge is like robbing a bank!
Comments: My advice: dont even talk to this business. For the business and success of this website, the website owner should consider to delist "friendly heating and colling". I wish no other customer should repeat the nightmare I experienced with this one.
