Description: D'Vine Renovations, LLC is family-owned and operated in Woodstock, GA. Owner, John Vining, is a native of Atlanta. Upon graduating from Georgia Tech in 1979 with a BS in Industrial Management, he was commissioned as an Officer in the USMC and spent 4 years on active duty. He has since retired with 30 years of active duty and reserve service.
In 1983, upon leaving active duty, John began his career in the residential building industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in every facet of the business with such reputable companies as Ryan Homes, Centex Homes & D.R. Horton. Since starting his own custom homebuilding company, John Vining Homes, LLC in 1998, he has taken pride in the building of superior custom homes in price ranges from $250,000 to $2 million. His experience has afforded him to develop a keen knowledge base and understanding of the principles of home construction that ensure the integrity of the final product. In 2008 he started D'Vine Renovations, LLC which allowed him to expand his expertise in the home remodeling segment of the residential homebuilding industry.
John is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia and fully insured so that your job can be fully guaranteed and warranted.
John is married to Nancy, a long-time resident of the Atlanta Area. She is a 1983 graduate of Auburn University and brings her business administration and management skills to the company, which enables John to deal directly with subcontractors, manage projects, and ensure that homeowners are well informed and satisfied.
