Comments: Just dropping a review because the level of service I have received from Dun Rite has been amazing. Two years ago I had a new system installed in my home and they were on time, meticulously clean in my home and the owner, Pete was very open and honest which was exactly what I needed in an emergency situation. He has come out two times for things that I needed help with, thermostat and a maintenance. He always returns my calls, is pleasant and I can honestly say they have earned a 5 star review.Florham Park NJ

Work Description: replace central air conditioning unit
Comments: I got 4 estimates for a new central air conditioning unit. Of course my existing A.C unit broke down in the middle of a heat wave. I spoke to Peter Tsoutas who is the owner of Dun Rite Heating and Cooling. he explained that he was swamped but would get to me the same night I called. Peter gave me an estimate and fully explained which unit I should go with and what the job entailed. Peter's estimate was right in line with the other estimates I received. I chose Peter because he took the time to fully explain high efficiency units and which would be best for my home. I signed the contract and 2 days later the install was done. The crew did a great job and treated my house with care. I have had very bad experiences in the past with contractors/plumbers/installers etc. I had an exceptional experience with Dun-rite and highly recommend their services. On a side note, my electric bill was much less after the install of the high efficiency unit.Westwood NJ

Comments: DunRite did a fantastic job replacing my central air conditioning system. Pete and his associate completed the job in one day and our house has never been cooler! They performed the work expertly and efficiently. Pete is very knowledgeable and obviously takes great pride in providing expert customer service. My wife was impressed how they cleaned up once they were finished. Additionally, DunRite's rates were extremely reasonable. I would hire them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Comments: Pete and the team did an excellent job. First, his quotes were fair and offered a few different options and explained each so that I could make the most informed decision possible. The team worked in a hot, cramped attic for days and completed the job ahead of schedule. After they were finished, they cleaned thoroughly; Pete is meticulous in his work, and demands the same from his crew. They really have a passion for what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. The electricians that Pete hires did excellent work as well. The morning of the inspection, Pete adjusted some of the vents and even dropped off a ladder for the inspectors to access the attic! Exceeded my customer service expectations and the crew was also awesome with my dog. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Comments: From start to finish everything went very smoothly. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion in a courteous manner. The installers worked tirelessly from the moment they entered my house to the end of the day. They showed tremendous attention to detail. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and were open to any of my questions. At the completion of the job I was taken on a tour of the entire system and it's workings. The owner of the company, Pete,, takes great pride in his work and it showed when all was said and done!
