Comments: The initial service call workman (L) was not only on time but quick in his assessment of my old refrigerator's issue...of the sudden leaking substantial water all over the kitchen floor.....a 2 part issue....but repairable. 1st part of the solution involved me calling a plumber to take care of an old imperfect water valve. The refrigerator part of the fix has yet to be done as it involved another step 1st...but the job will be completed soon. I would not have known how to proceed without the advice of Dne. A once every 50 year Rat infestation in my neighborhood started it with their presence & chewing everything in sight (water line under refrigerator) so I choose to wait til our neighborhood rat issue had been resolved.(rats exterminated) ... for Dne to complete their part of the job with new refrigerator replacement part for the one chewed by the rodents. I have confidence in their finishing of what turned out to be a multi layered project with timing of other workmen. Dne appliance personnel have been very professional in this more than simple old appliance repair issue.....actually Great !San Fernando CA

Comments: Could not do the job without telling me they needed to order a part. I deem that a new part is not necessary. It should have been fixed on the spot but since it wasn’t a mechanical issue the service person wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. I’m surprised that Samsung would use this company as I didn’t feel comfortable with their knowledge about the product.

The cost was a little high, about $225 (mostly labor) but a bargain compared to replacing the dryer at $1,000-plus. Service man was skilled at his work, clean and courteous. Comments: After 40 mins. He told we my washer was fixed and had no leaks. He couldn't tell me where the leak was. I then moved my washer in front of him and found a fair sized puddle. He couldn't explain it. After find, he took off the top, and there was an area he hadn't even checked. Another 20 mins. or so, he found a leaking hose. I asked about the 2nd issue and he said I need to get a new dial. I never saw him check that issue, but I let it go as the sooner he was out of my house, the better. I use another setting to do my wash, as the cycle I asked him about was not emptying my machine. I would not call this service again.RKM
