Work Description: Trobleshooting unknown electrical problem
Comments: Dear David, Thank you for the above and beyond the call of duty you demonstrated to my elderly mother who found herself unceremoniouly without power. I was told you were extremely accurate in you diagnosis of the problem and proceeded expeditiously. While I myself were unable to be there, my mother reported a level of professionalism that is worhty of extremely positive comment, Thank you for coming out on susch a misarable day in Chicago.
