Please do not hire him and his fellow friends aka Tony, and John. They do not know what they are doing. They will star work and will not come back to finish. Ray works hand to mouth. His own son also does construction, and he refuses to work with his father (Ray) due to his habits of leaving work unfinished. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He will sign up for the bond with the insurance company but will not pay the insurance company the money for the bond.
