Work Description: The replacement of a dial for a generator for my steam shower that had stopped working.
Comments: Dan is my hero! After waiting for months for response from two other companies who gave me the run around, Dan has solved the problem and my steam shower is back in operation. Dan communicated often to provide status reports but more importantly was able to find a solution that I had been told did not exist. He located a US provider and found the exact dial that was needed. My electrical problem was solved effectively and in an affordable fashion. Thank you for introducing me to Dan Obert!
