Work Description: Excavated amd leveled site, laid forms, poured and finished 800 sqft of driveway and sidewalk. Cleaned up site.
Comments: Tua and the D&V Concrete team did a fantastic job! On initial review, Tua made several recommendations to improve the overall quality of the job while reducing costs. He made sure we spent our money where it would improve the longevity of the work.They were right on time as promised to start the work and got right to it.
The site was expertly prepared with a compacted and graded crush rock base. They setup straight forms at a consistent depth to make sure the concrete would look great when finished and that it wouldn't have any thin weak spots.
When the truck arrived the team was efficient and effective. The pour went great and no extra truck time was needed as the team orchestrated all the activity without any delay.
The finish work was great, leaving a final broom finish on the sidewalk and exposed aggregate on the driveway.
The site was cleaned up and barrier tape was put up to keep people off the fresh cement.
I really enjoyed working with the team. Really a great hunch of hard working guys with a great attitude. No swearing or bad behaviour like some concrete crews.
In highly recommend D&V Concrete for you concrete and masonry work. While we didn't do any stamped work, I saw their portfolio book containing some amazing work!
