Work Description: Installed Under Cabinet Lighting
Comments: If you've got electrical needs, I highly recommend calling First Stop Electric. They are polite, professional and price their work fairly. I had a small problem with my lights after the installation which wasn't their fault at all but it required a replacement switch to fix. First Stop came back and replaced the faulty switch no charge. It's nice to find a business that guarantees its work and values their customers.Panorama City CA

Work Description: Amit was a great guy when I met him on the day of the installation. He seemed like he didn't want to get outlet wrong so he tried to dig up as much information as he can but when the Electric Range came the people who were assigned to install it had no idea what the outlet was, in fact they told me they are only two standard outlets for an Electric Range and they had no idea what he installed. So, in short I got the wrong outlet for $120.
Comments: I told Amit this and he said he would come on Monday. Not only was there no specific timeslot like before he did the outlet. There was no communication throughout the day. I asked if he can move it to Wednesday since I had errands to run. I waited for a response for 5 long hours for that response and once it was already 7 pm. I left to do my errand thinking he just took my money and ran. On Tuesday I left him a message trying to figure out whats going on. No response. ONLY when the Networx workers called him did he get back to me. Blaming it all on me for moving it to a Wednesday, when in fact I was home the whole day on Monday patiently waiting for a response. I just told a simple response could have fixed everything and he said "Why would I respond? I said I would come on Monday, free of charge." I just told him a response would've fixed all misunderstandings that day, as well as if I needed to find a new electrician cause I really need that range working. In the end, he told me to find a new electrician and got 120$ worth for installing something I cannot use.In short, this contractor has a severe lack of communication with his customers.
